Dr. Naveen Kumar G

Naveen is the founding Director of BGS School of Management. He is an economist and an institution builder working to accelerate the end of educational inequality in India. Previously, Naveen has spent a year at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab South Asia and two years at the University of California San Diego as a postdoctoral scholar. His research examines the design, implementation, and impact of education reforms. Naveen obtained a PhD in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2020 and a Master’s in Management from the London School of Economics in 2015. He graduated from Visvesvaraya Technological University with a degree in Engineering in 2012.

Arjun Singar is a highly accomplished professional with expertise in Strategy, Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. He holds a Ph.D. in Learning and Higher Education Policy from the Department of Management Studies at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). Prior to his Ph.D. Dr. Singar completed his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, USA and Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical from Bangalore Institute of Technology, VTU. He currently has an Indian Trademark and a USA Copyright in a Contemporary Learning Framework. He has also been a TEDx Speaker and a United Nations Youth Assembly Speaker in the past. He has papers published in Elsevier, Springer, IEEE and Inderscience as well. With his strong academic background and practical experience, Dr. Singar hopes to empower the next generation students to be critical thinkers and problem solvers in the societies they choose to live in.

Bharat is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education, communication, and business. He holds an MBA from Pittsburg State University and an MSc in Public Relations & Communications from Leeds Beckett University. He has over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, career consulting, and communications consulting, as well as sales, marketing, and relationship management. He has worked in three countries: India, the United Kingdom, and Australia, where he gained valuable cross-cultural skills and insights. Bharat is passionate about helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals through effective communication and strategic thinking.
